Alinas,KL

Had class this morning.Shu dropped me off and he went over to CELPAD to get my problems straightened out with them for a bit.After that,realizing that I didn't have anymore classes to go to for the day and that Shu's class was at 4pm,he decided to go look for his songkok for the hantaran with me in KL.

Lunch time wasn't the best time to be in the middle of the city but there we were,stuck in between buses and cabs and cars and people crossing the streets and traffic lights.We parked at some mall and crossed the street since parking is hell in KL.Got what we were looking for and we stopped by at the bookstore next door where Shu got me a Quran.I need to brush up on my reading and stuff IN CASE there is to be a khatam Quran session before our wedding day.

Had lunch in Mutiara Damansara and we managed to stop by at the tailor's shop only to find out that my folks had picked up all my clothes this morning.Went to the bank for a bit and went home.

Shu cameby tonight around 10pm with his cousins.I accidentally left my power adaptor in his car this morning.They joined me along with Aunty Intan,Farah,my uncle,Azim and my mum for drinks and food over at Maulana.

Aunty Intan is decorating and arranging my dulang hantarans so mum and I have been going back and forth to her place as much as she's been doing the same to our place.Uncle Saman actually bought my dad a songkok for my wedding!

Anywho,Gemok (Fei Mao) has issues with me these days.She doesn't sleep in my room anymore and every other time we're hanging out together,she'd be angry at me.Today,she crossed the line.She's gonna sleep downstairs in the lounge tonight!

Speaking of these kiddies,Shu said Kecik was being a pain when he was gonna get me from the airport on Sunday.He kept making noise and when he realized that Shu wasn't responding,he climbed up from the back of the driver's seat and made noise at Shu's ear!Shu had to stop at some shop on the highway to get him food and water.Then,he slept on Shu's lap all the way to the airport.

I have never been to a barber shop before and today,Shu needed a quick haircut so since we were already in the area,we decided to go Ananda's.It was so cool!The barber was quick and before we realized it,he was done with Shu's hair.

Hah!Finally!A skate shop!The dude at the shop said they just moved there last Tuesday from Shah Alam.AWESOMENESS!!!!!Shu said that the skaters in Shah Alam are freakin' awesome.I'mma go check that skatepark sometime.The last couple of times I was there was to go get something from Shu's classmate........oh yeah,Shahrul's (LabRat) studio is there.Oh yeah,Rashid's bike brokedown on Friday so Shu and I met him halfway down at the gas station.

Got up late this morning.My body is aching.This miss smarty pants was so damn sleepy and tired yesterday but still went running and played badminton at the park yesterday.RUNNING!Something I thought I'd never be able to do ever again since we moved.Then,I was even more demotivated when that stupid shoe thief took my running shoes TWICE!I'd like to tie the idiot to a tree full of fire ants!

Anywho,Shu and I had lunch at the mall of all places which explains how we got to know about the skateshop where he got me this awesome hat my mum says ridiculous looking.I love it anyways.We finally went back to the chocolate shop for those yummylicious choc coated coffee beans!Saw these awesome pair of white shoes.We would have gotten it (for Shu) but the cutting was too narrow so we ditched it.

*sigh*

However,my baju nikah is awesome looking!We stopped by at the tailor's shop to see if it's ready and it is!OMFG!I'm gonna need a bit of height but at least I know that I didn't put on weight which is good coz they'd have to alter it otherwise.Yey!Shu took a picture of my engagement ring.I know I'm not supposed to see it but I just had to!It's pretty!

Shu told me to NOT get myself majorly injured anytime soon.I can't promise but I'll try ^_^ Of course,that would mean that I cannot play badminton against my dad coz he'd so totally kill me.

weekend away

Left for my grandma's place down south on Friday night.My cousin had some kenduri thingy going on and since I haven't gone to see my relatives there in a while,I figured it was probably a good idea to go.I forgot that my cousins still had no idea I'm going to get engaged this coming weekend!It was crazy.Had a lot of catching up to do with my aunt and grandma as well.We had a swell time over dinner last night.My flight today back home was at noon.Shu came to get Azim and I from the airport (along with Kecik!)

Both,Shu and I are equally exhausted.After sending me off on Friday night,he went over to his sister's place to wait for his dad coz he went back to Terengganu with him late that night.He just got back on a bus this morning.He's been talking to his entire family about this coming weekend.His dad underestimated (or possibly misunderstood) the gravity of the situation.He thought it was a merisik session when it is in fact an engagement ceremony.That explains why he's been so cool about everything all this time.

Some changes had been made.Knowing my mum,from the moment Shu told her what's gonna happen this weekend,she's been rearranging and relisting and rechecking her list(s).While we were out for badminton at the park today,she got Aunty Intan and Farah over to go over the new plans.

The reason Shu's dad insists on having the occassion on Sunday instead of Friday is because all of Shu's sisters will be at work.The wisdom behind this little change of plan is that my aunt and my uncle will be able to come over on Sunday ^_^ I have no idea is Tasha is around.Not sure if Qarim will be home.It doesn't matter.I have shitloads to do from tomorrow onwards.I have no idea what's going to happen coz the one and only engagement ceremony I have ever been to was Ili's last year which seemed like the wedding itself.

Here and now,I am trying to get some sleep coz I've been up all night last night.I was trying to find a spot to sleep but ends up moving from one place to another.I couldn't sleep in the plane.I never do.Especially on a 50-minute flight!For someone who is so afraid of take-offs and landings (and turbulences),I got window seats for both my flight to JB and back!I tried drawing and reading just to get my mind off what's happening out on the wing but everytime the plane moved a little more than normal and the pressure changes,I'd panic BIG TIME!I could have sworn I was hyperventilating.Even that mak cik sitting on the other aisle at the other end was calm!WTF?!

It's been windy in the evenings these days.Not the best weather for badminton.Eversince Azim bought the rugby ball,Shu and I have been tossing and kicking the damn thing all over the park.We're planning on a tiny game on the 18th or 19th morning.Naim said he wants in.Kamal maybe joining us.Rashid and my sister SHOULD be around.Haven't told Azim and his friends yet.We might as well have a picnic at the same time.

The terrain at the Zaaba park could break someone's leg!It's horrible!Shu sprained his ankle!Just tossing and kicking caused me muscle cramps.I couldn't even cough properly last night coz the muscles in my lower tummy was killing me.

Anywho,my side of TTDI had a blackout last night.The funny thing was only Shu,Azim,Ash and I were at home at the time.We were 15 minutes till the finishing of that CSI episode then everything went dark.Azim and I grabbed our bokkens IN CASE anyone broke-in.The whole area went dark!Then,we realized that those trucks we saw while having dinner earlier were mobile generators.One was parked right across the street from our house.

One girl walked into Kat's shop and said she wants to have her very first tattoo.It was huge and it was on her back.Her story was sad.Very sad.It took her 7 years to finally graduate from college.One of the many things that held her back was the death of her fiancée.She said it took her a whole year off school for her to get herself back on track.That must have been really hard for her to have gone through.

People ask and tell me that Shu and I need to space out a little away from eachother from time to time.I think we do give eachother space.The only reason I don't want to be away from him is because I keep thinking that life is short and that I don't want to be apart should anything happens to either one of us.I think the pain of going through life knowing that I wasn't there with him at the last second of his life or vice versa scares me a lot.

4 hours at the emergency room at the hospital was more than enough to know what it's like to not know what's gonna happen in the next second eventhough we were right next to eachother.We are after all,mortals.This very fact kills me.
