So........

My mum threw a little celebration for Hamza and Safiyya last week...... Friends and family showed up. People whom I grew up with and people whom I haven't seen in a while. People I love.

During the same event, Azizi decided to send in Ali Imran's photo for a casting session for MAS which happened today.

It's not easy getting him to smile or put the life jacket on but we tried. Azizi also got Yusuf a slot only to get his name registered to the agency that did the casting.

After work, Azizi took the kids to watch aeroplanes land.

Somebody was having way too much fun

Now, I am sick. Runny nose. Cough. Itching eyeballs.

But looking back at the photos, it's been a while since I just danced and played tag with Yusuf. I didn't wreck my phone which is a good thing.

My bed buddy, Safiyya is sick as well. I think we got this from Ali Imran. Also, the weather is not so good these days. I love the rain so much. I'd turn off the lights in the house and keep it dark and sit at the open window in the dining area just looking at the rain.

Yesterday, the boys were having a ninjago ninja fight with Shu's dad. On Sunday, we were at my parents house and Wani and Hamza were there. It's good fun. My dad was missing Ali Imran and he was observing how this little dude of 2 years of age was arguing with me :-/

It's been good other than me being sick. We need to get things organized at home and declutter some things.

Legoland Malaysia 5th year anniversary

This was an overdue promise and Yusuf's favorite place in the world for now. We had a blast. Well, I did....... Parading with the Lego characters and dancing.....

We knew that Yusuf would have been excited to know that the Ninjago ride was already opened. Unfortunately though, we didn't get a chance to get him a night stay in the Ninjago theme room because it was fully booked :-/

For a second there I thought I was being kidnapped

This is always a problem with me going shopping on my own. I went to my favorite Sephora smack dab in the middle of the city.

My husband took the kids coz I thought it was a bit of a hassle to cross the road with them and it's not as safe so I decided to go alone. It was supposed to be an in and out thing. I knew what I wanted and although I was curious to see what's new in store, I wanted to make it as brief as I possibly could be.

I was at the KVD aisle. Then, I went in around and took a bit more time swatching things over at the Benefit aisle. That was when this sales girl who came out of nowhere decided to talk to me and then asked me to follow her upstairs.

Wtf was I thinking?! Ok, first of all, I know that when ever I get invites to new launches or workshops or what ever, it's usually held there. Yes, I am aware of the upstairs area of the store so I wasn't really freaking out.

Later on, as soon as the elevator door closes, I realized how small the space was and I almost got a panic attack because I am a bit of a claustrophobe. I was a bit scared but the girl kept telling me that there were better offers upstairs and blah blah blah.....

When we finally got upstairs, I realized that she wanted me to buy stuff from the Benefit Cosmetics store upstairs and not from Sephora -_-

Thank God it was just that. Haha......

Achtung, fertig, los und lauf

Was looking through my favorites list on YouTube and this came up.

And this.....

Was not disappointed :)

Homebody

Ever since we moved here, I have been staying in. I'm talking about not even stepping outside the house. I'd just peek out the window and I'm good. I could stay in all week and it won't bother me a bit. It's so weird. I especially love it when it gets dark like it's gonna rain. I love it here :)

Finally bit the bullet

And took the kids to the cinema to watch Disney's Cars 3. It's strange how a lot of people still go to the cinema to watch movies despite having high speed internet connections :/

Shu and I haven't been to the cinema for about 5 years now and I now remember why we've stopped. The service still has not changed. Yusuf had a blast making new friends at the play area...... So.... There's that.......

The movie was good though. A bit too heavy for kids but it hit me where the feels are especially when I saw Doc Hudson in his racing days. I loved the movie. I just wish they filled us in with what actually happened to Doc Hudson.

I like Miss Fritter a lot. Yes, I do ;)

I'm American made, bought a large Chevrolet

My son, Ali Imran has this obsession with Lightning McQueen from Disney's Cars. His shoes are McQueen. His bedsheets are McQueen. He's got about 10 different types of McQueen cars. Why McQueen? I have no clue.

While waiting for the internet to be installed, we've all been stuck at home with the little vcds and dvds that we own. To keep the boys occupied, I'd play the discs at random on a day to day basis for about a month. One of their favorite movies would be none other than Cars -_-

Yes, I have memorized the script. Every. Damn. Line. Not even mad. I am into American cars. And I have come to like the Hudson Hornet thanks to the movie. Not quite a Nascar fan. I have always been a fan of white walls so....... Yeah....... There's that.

Anywho, luckily for my two boys, the new movie has just been released. Yes, that means that there are new merchandise and toys everywhere........

But I've gotta admit it, when we went to the Cars 3 movie promo the other day, I was excited to see the live-size Lightning McQueen display :)

Shu and I were totally blown away when we saw that they came out with a live action McQueen car that moves and breathes like the actual McQueen. In fact, we almost got it for the boys. We didn't coz for the price of that thing, there would be a 50/50 chance of them tossing it around :-/

Maybe next time..........

Settling in

We have recently moved to our new place. Hopefully this will be our last move ever. It's been about a bit over a month now and the new routine I've been trying to work on is slowly coming together. The kids seem to really like this place. It's a lot cooler than Cyberjaya coz it's up on the hills. My only problem is the bugs here don't seem to like me :-/
Btw..... Today is Shu's birthday :)
