Yeah,it's cheap but it's low quality and in the long run,users would end up spending more than what they think they save from the fuel price coz a whole lot part of the fuel is not used up.Instead,it goes out to waste (through the exhaust system).You're definitely gonna need more fuel then.
Of course,normal cars (non high performance cars) can use the RON 95.But in the long run,it can cause knocking to the engine and the car would be underpowered.So,if you already drive an underpowered car,you're gonna need more fuel coz the RON 95 would not help giving more power to the engine.
Therefore,users of RON 95 really need to think about how much they love their cars (engines) in the long run coz unless you are prepared to get it overhauled,you'd better just be extra careful with what you feed your engines.
