Of course,you can also try going to some random gig and jump around for several hours and sweat it all out.Get your head knocked down by someone else's elbow or simply get picked up and tossed around or maybe you can try getting yourself into the center of a mosh pit ;) Oh yeah,let's not forget the headbangin'.After a few hours,you're gonna get a stiff neck but most of the time,you won't realize the pain till you go to bed later.
Maybe working out several hours straight could work to some extent.Gotta be careful though or you might just end up dead :p
The best way to do about it is to get a major sugar rush after starving yourself.
