Why are they always placed so conveniently in my life?

Rude, judgemental and irrational people.

This is how you should raise your kids.
You should contribute more to charity than spending money on holidays and nonsense.
Why do you need more than one house?
You really should eat healthy, organic stuff. You should spend more time learning religion instead of watching TV.
Why do you always wear the same thing?

Keeping busy

It's April already. Safiyya will turn 1 on the 17th and Ali Imran will be 3 on the 27th. Both him and Yusuf will have their sports day on the 21st. The boys are both participants of different sports so we gotta be there. Also, Ali Imran's teacher said that one parent will have to escort and assist him so I somehow feel like that parent would be me. We shall see.

There's been a lot of things going on especially in the neighborhood. Safety issues mostly. Shu attended the general meeting last night. It's been crazy.

What has been doing better are my plants. They've been making good progress which makes me really happy ^_^

Too early of an island trip

We've been coming back here for years. Almost every year actually. Except for last year. I was pregnant with Safiyya. It's my happy place. Usually, we'd be here in June  For some reason, Shu decided to take us in March this year. We had no idea what we were in for.

Basically, we thought we were not going to make it while we were on the boat ride heading to the island. I was in tears and everyone on the boat got seasick. EVERYONE.....

But once we got to the island, I had the best time ever. Waves were huge making it a bit dangerous to go for a swim so we spent most of our time playing sand on the beach. We took a good stroll along the long beach and watched people doing random things like surfing :)
