We were 16.........I think we still are......just with grown-up problems and 3 kids............

The boys had their annual school concert yesterday

I was stoked! It was Ali Imran's first time on stage and he was loving it! It's Yusuf second year and he made it as one of the main dancers. Last year's theme was awesome (it was Egyptian) with awesome props and stage and costumes but this year........I was super excited coz the theme was Disney (mostly) so Safiyya and I were singing the whole time.

And.......it's October! Costume month everybody!

Safiyya has no idea that Shu got her fairy wings........was planning on saving it for her second birthday but.......I think she's gonna get it sooner.......coz I got one myself ^_^ OOOH! And we have face paints!!!

So I was at the spa the other day

The weirdest conversation occurred when my masseuse asked if I was doing a lot of fitness work (exercise). I was like......NO..........but seriously,in my head all I could ever think of are....

Been down this road before

And I'm gonna say it again, if you stop pry-ing on other people's lives and stop making assumptions about how people live their lives and start focusing on your own life, you will be happier.

By making negative, bitter remarks about other people constantly, I'm beginning to think you're not very happy with your life. The thing about life is that when you're actually living your life, you won't have time to be on social media :)

I specifically told Shu last year that I wanted to get him a Jo Malone cologne for his birthday this year and so I did ^_^

He's a perfume person and I knew I had to take him with me to the store to get it. It smells soooo goooood. Planning to get him another one ;) coz it's pair-able with what he has :)

My one and only cousin here in KL got married

It was so nice to see everyone at his wedding on Sunday. I haven't seen most of them in a while and it was good that we could all sit and talk and laugh together :)

Problem

The smallest size of this brand is too big for me but they carry plus sizes :-/

Lately......

I've been getting pissed off over this issue for like months now. I don't know if it bothers me because people don't know what I do or what's going on in my life.

At some point, people think I shop a lot or I go on vacations a lot. Erm, I have my time and preferences. I have anxiety and I need to do certain things at certain times just so that I can deal with things easier.

Anywho, I digress. Let's just say that I've been putting up with comments and remarks about where and how I spend my money and time. Is it anybody's business to know? Apparently, it is.

So some people think that I should contribute to charity. Am I not contributing already? Should I announce every contribution? Would that make me a better person? Would that make you a better person?

So I can't spend my money and have a good time just because there are still people out there who needs financial help. Ok, have other people considered getting jobs? If they are physically and mentally fit, why can't they get a job? I can understand if there are kids or disabled people who are in need but seriously, other than that, they need to get a job.

And another thing, I've been to a talk where the speaker was saying shit about getting yourselves out of the world of trading and at the same time urging people that money is not everything in this world. Ok, I get it. But then, stop asking for charity. So we can work, moderately and not live excessively because we don't need all that stuff but at the same time we need to help people who are in financial need because they can't get a job.

Wow, maybe I should sign up to get charity myself. I'm not earning. I'm just taking care of my kids.
