Paka

 I've been so sick and while I'm struggling to fully recover, I've also been so sick of everything around the house. I've come to the point of getting so sick of the smell of my shower gel.

I've been proposing for a vacation or trip especially to the beach....... I am fully aware that I live by the beach. I just needed a new view. Some fresh air. Away from human beings. I swear, I thought us moving here meant that we were gonna finally get some peace and quiet. There is an event happening EVERY WEEKEND. I'm not exaggerating. We'd avoid the drawbridge area on Saturdays just like how we avoid shopping malls.

We've also been looking for new places to call our common spots just so that we can relax. Apart from discovering a new favourite island, we've also discovered a town about an hour away from where we live that has this nice quiet place. The kids enjoy both the pool and beach area and although the sands are not as silky smooth as island beach sands, it's totally fine. We just need to watch out for jellyfish and stuff.

There's a roadside shop that sells mee Siam which has quickly become a favorite of ours. I've never been a soup or broth person but this place made us drive back for it. That says a lot.

We finally made a stop at the Cat Park on our way back. The kids were ecstatic. The cats there were so clean and fat. They're super friendly too. We have two kittens living with us right now but Shu and I are not fully convinced that they can be trusted to be in the house for now so the kids are only allowed to play with them outside. Yusuf had been wanting a pet cat for the longest time. Shu and I are always the ones who end up having to clean up after them 😑

Our overnight trip was short and unplanned but that's the fun part. We used to do this all the time. Just pack up a backpack and drive off somewhere...... Anywhere....... It's a hell lot better than being stuck in traffic just to get somewhere like we used to do while living in KL.

Georg and Pebbles have been getting it on a little too much these days. They have been driving us insane. Us, the people they live with. Us, the only 2 human beings in this house!

I didn't think mating season would be so difficult to deal with!

There's fur all over the place! The make a whole lot of noise! Sometimes to the extent of us not being able to fall asleep AT ALL!

I sure hope the neighbors won't start complaining or both of them kittehs will have to hit the road!

Tapai

When I was little (we were staying in Shah Alam at the time),I had a little cat which I called Kittey.My mum looked at the cat and decided to call her Tapai instead.I was not pleased.Not one bit.I can't remember what happened to that cat.I think it disappeared after a while.

Today,one more cat has decided to stay at our house in TTDI.I don't know why but cats just love to come by and make themselves at home at our place.We don't mind.The more the merrier ^_^

Anywho,the latest addition to the 10 cats who are already living at our home is a male version of Apple called Tapai.He looks exactly like Apple.Slightly plumper.He's so manja and chomel.We love him just as much as the rest of the cats at home ^_^

a cat named Drac

He started off as an ordinary black cat who just happens to come by the house every now and then for food.Then,he decided to stick around for a little more that he's come to be so comfortable at home.He is very manja.Mum thinks that he probably had an owner once but was abandoned or something.That poor thing.He tends to get a little noisy sometimes when he's hungry but otherwise he's alright.Fei Mao loves him which is a sort of reason for us not to kick him out completely.

Once,he came back looking all beaten up.We thought he broke his front left leg but later,he recovered.Today,he came back looking so much worse.My dad freaked out that he told Shu,Ash and I to take him straight to the vet coz he thought Drac was going to die.He lives.The doctor gave him loads of meds to make him better.I got a little scared looking at him shaking in pain on the vet's table but after the jap,he looks so much more alive.

We have to keep him in the cage until he recovers.Hopefully,he hasn't got any fungal infections or anything.Apparently,it's contagious to humans.Hurmm........

Kecik has been taking trips with Shu and I whenever we go driving around town.We were at my sister's apartment over at Shah Alam with Kecik.My sister's housemate-Jaz-has a kitten of about 6 months old and she's been very lonely.Kecik was one helluva company.He actually hissed at Bird (Jaz's kitten) and Bird was following Kecik around and he kept growling at her with one paw up.Weird!He also ate some of her food.Luckily,she didn't mind.

Speaking of felines,there's this black male cat that's been hanging around the house.I don't mean outside.He'd actually lie on the front porch as though he lives here!WTF?!My dad calls him Drac (short for Dracula) My cats don't like him.Kecik just wants to run around chasing the dude.
