It literally translates the word "flood".It's my first time experiencing it.Shu's home is near the river and it turns out that because of some construction happening downstream which results to narrowing down the river path,the river upstream would have some clogging up problems and that eventually results to over flow and it would coz flooding.

Shu's dad woke him up this morning to move the cars to the surau parking lot nearby coz the water level had gone up to the road.The water level was almost knee high and I think some houses were flooded.It's not a pretty sight.I cannot imagine how the owners whose houses have completed sunk under about a meter of water feel.

It's not clear,clean water that floods the area so everytime we wanna go to the cars at the surau we'd have to fold up our pants above the knees to walk through the water slowly.My mum is totally worried but I'm ok.I like water.It gets cold sometimes but the water is good.

I am a bit scared of what's gonna happen in a couple of hours time should the water starts flooding the house.Shu's dad estimates that we should start moving things upstairs at about 3am later.SO.......we just have to be prepared.

Shu's mum isn't so happy about the thought of the house getting flooded.She just did the flooring and the kitchen area.We were told that the last time this happened was back in 86.Nobody expected this to happen.Obviously,that means no one is prepared.With enough warnings,I did mentally prepare myself for this.Not that I expected or anticipated it to happen.

I hope Kecik and Fei Mao are alright at home.Mum called me up and told me that those 2 cats have been sitting at my room door and making a lot of noise even when the room door was opened.She said they expected me to come out and get them :( I will do that as soon as I get home........which is........most probably on either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

I can't possibly get on an airplane in this weather.The planes probably wouldn't take off on time anyways.

why on earth would you wanna do that?

I spent almost an entire night talking to my sister and her friend who was assumed to have slept over but later on left at about 3am some days ago.It was funny coz our conversation started off with me trying to figure out a way to convince my folks to let me go to Terengganu with Shu for a few days.Then,other topics fell in and out as we talked through the blackout and past midnight.

My sister had always been known to be doing things behind her boyfriend's back.It's not something I am ok with but it happens ever so often that I am done trying to talk some sense into her.Her friend,on the other hand,was someone whom I thought would have been someone who'd be completely faithful to her partner but instead doing something very VERY similar to what my sister does on a regular basis.

The thing is,WHY?Why cheat when you have a completely stable partner?Why cheat when you don't wanna do the right thing (which is letting go of your current relationship) and go on with your "other" relationship.Then again,why CHEAT at all?I asked my sister and her friend if they believe in karma and if they might have just figured out that one day they might just get what they deserve and by then,it would be too late for them to have the chance to repent.

It was a very strange conversation and I usually don't discuss such things with my sister coz like I said earlier,she just won't change.

ANYWHO.........I got up early this morning.Shu told me to skip shower and just brushed my teeth and wash my face and we headed off to a place near the beach for some nasi dagang.Then,we sat by the beach with the wind blowing so strong in our faces for a bit and then we went home to take a bath.

In spite of the rain pouring every now and then,we made our way to the State Museum.Managed to jump onto the tramp for an outdoor tour before making our way into the museum itself.I had a blast but there was this one part of the museum where they kept dead animals like fishes and snakes in jars and aquariums which totally spooked me out.I would have taken photos but we weren't allowed to take our camera into the museum so we'd sometimes snap photos with my cellphone.I was really spooked out by the Oar Fish and the tiny whale-looking like a dugong thingy and what appeared to look like a dolphin.

I had a blast.When we were on our way back to the house,we couldn't get through the road to the house coz the strong wind blew off a tree which fell onto the electric cables blocking the road.To kill time,we turned around and headed off to Pasar Payang to do some shopping.I got this really cute tee for 8 bux!

Pulau Rusa,Kuala Terengganu

We left home at about 8am this morning.The drive was slow.Just Shu and I and the open road........erm.......uphill road to Karak Highway.It was kinda funny coz I was falling asleep and Shu was all psyched eventhough he didn't get much sleep the night before.

We had breakfast at a Petronas petrol station somewhere near Janda Baik.Our journey was almost northbound later on.It felt like such a long morning coz it was cold and misty and towards Pahang,it drizzled a little.The major shower came when we were in Kemaman.We could hardly see the car ahead of us.

We stopped by at Kelulut coz Shu said that was the place my folks stopped by to main air laut on their way back from Shu's sister's wedding last year.We couldn't get out of the car coz it was still sorta raining.There were a whole bunch of kerbaus and one of them actually stopped the traffic flow by crossing the road slowly.

We stopped at Batu Buruk.Had some sate ikan and took a look around.It was windy and the waves were high.Higher than normal according to Shu.Got our jeans wet coz we accidentally went into the sea.Shu tried to find a place for us to have a drink before heading to his home but all the shops were closed.Shu's mum said it might be because of the rain.Usually the shops would still be open even on Fridays.

We arrived at Shu's house not entirely drenched but somewhat soaked and cold.I was freezing.Shu's sister,Azura is around.She just gave birth to a baby boy and she had been here eversince.I've been hanging around with her daughter Elisha.Shu said that the little girl had been looking for a new person to hang on to and I am her next target.Haha!

I'mma be on my way to Terengganu tomorrow morning.Shu will be driving.Hopefully we'll both get enough sleep tonight.I have no idea what my sister said to my mum but she let me go anyways.KOOLNESS!!!!!!

Shu really wanted me to go off for the holidays with him and I am so psyched that we're finally getting down to doing it.I hope I have packed enough clothes.I hope I won't forget anything.I hope Kecik and Ghost and Bedah and Fei Mao will be alright in the next few days without Shu and I.

Kecik finally got castrated today.My dad had enough of him pissing all around the house marking his territory and stuff so he told me that if I didn't do anything about it,he was gonna kick Kecik out of the house.That was harsh!Kecik is family,dude!I did send out warnings to everyone at home telling them to keep their room doors closed and stuff.

*sigh*

Dr. Clement (the vet) was quite amused with my mums phone calls to his office saying that I am all cried out over Kecik's castration.Shu and I were so afraid of going through the procedure coz it could change Kecik's overall personality.Dr. Clement said that he won't change much if we maintain the bond or relationship we've had with Kecik like we always had.

I hope Kecik will be alright.Ghost was so happy to see him and he kept jumping onto Kecik's head.We had a hard time trying to keep Ghost at bay coz he really likes Kecik.Kecik is just tired,I think.He hasn't eaten a bite of all the food I gave him.He didn't even take a sip of water :/

Speaking of which,I tried out some dramatic make up myself........

Anywho,I played for a quick 2-songs slot over at Artista tonight.It was kinda fuhney coz I was totally NOT PREPARED and I was spacing out in the last couple of days.I was practically practicing different songs and played totally different songs but it's ok.

I enjoyed myself but not enough coz we had to leave before Tabloid played.Their slot was late and Rashid needed to get home.An Honest Mistake totally rawked out the place!I lurve their heavy songs.The first dudes who played were awesome too......I just didn't quite understand what they were saying but I liked the songs anyways.

I really,REALLY,REALLY wanna go to Terengganu!I wanna learn to make keropok lekors and nasi dagang and go to Kenyir and Redang Island :( NAK JUGAK PEGI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lurve that place!That company has several shops actually and today,Shu and I got the passport to enter the members only zone and there were loads of awesome stuff sold there at that particular shop.Very J-Rock and Lolita Goth but I lurve the stuffs there.Especially the dresses!Those pretty well executed lolita dresses.Very VERY pretty!Me likey!

Shu ended up getting himself a shirt and he got me those red contact lenses I've always wanted.It's funny and a bit painful when I first got those lenses on but after a while,the felt comfy.The funny thing is,my pupils are bigger than the hole in the center of the contacts so I could somewhat see the red colors in the corner of my eyes.

When I first put them on,Shu got pretty spooked out.In fact,everyone else at home got a little spooked out by the color of my eyes.I like them.They are perfect and I am so getting more soon!Oh yeah,the other cool thing about that shop we went to was that the contact lenses we got were sold so much cheaper than the other shop we went to some months ago and both shops were selling the same thing.

I lurve those lenses!!! ^_^

And to think that the original plan was to go look for a top hat in Sungei Wang Plaza :/ Oh well,we had a pretty good time and we did each get the things we needed ;)

La Senza,One Utama

Shopping at that place was quite an experience.I have never bought anything from that store but my sister goes there every year to get some stuff.Today,she dragged me along coz there was this so called sale and she kept saying that we should go get something and in the end we did.

It was quite annoying having to go in and out of the fitting room coz it's not like trying clothes on so I got irritated after a while but the salesgirl insisted that I tried every single thing I picked up coz the sizes may vary and each cutting might not fit the same way.She was right.I got 2 bras with different sizings.My sister threw in a couple of underwears to match the bras.

That was quite an experience but it's definitely something I do not want to do again anytime soon.

I think I've had quite enough of waking up superlate that by the time I'm about to have breakfast,people are preparing for tea time!

I am gonna get up early tomorrow and see if I can get into more trouble than I could ever imagine ;)

Shu invited me over to his place in Terengganu coz he wants to take me around to the hangout places there.He invited my sister to come along and she totally jumped at the word 'island'!

Still.........I have to prepare for the upcoming open mic on Wednesday night.Shu booked me a slot and my sister said Naim is gonna try for a slot for the very first time.AWESOMENESS!!!!!

Got up super late one day and I got super hungry.Shu took me to Mutiara Damansara for brunch.Then,we made a quick drive through the Damansara Perdana shop lots coz he's looking for lot for business real soon.Actually,I'm part of his upcoming plan but I'm not gonna talk about that now...........SO!We got some numbers and one agent responded positively to his phone call and we went to see the lot.It was nice and big and the place was made up really well.I liked it but it might not be perfect for the business we're gonna run.........Later on,we stopped by at the Suzuki showroom and Shu made me testdrive the Swift.The car is nice!It runs on a timing chain NOT a timing belt.And no,it's not noisy.In fact,the size of the car and everything is perfect.The only problem is they do not have it in manual transmission which means I am gonna have to drive an automatic transmission should I decide to get one soon :/ DAMN IT!

<---Yang ini pulak namanya Kecik.Nak jadi gangster kampung la konon.Sekarang nih,kaki kanan belakang dia dah berlubang and bengkak and berdarah skit.Tak tau la apa jadi tapi yang pasti,kaki dia sakit sebab kalau terlanggar atau terusik sikit je dia bising.

Dua-dua ekor mangkuk nih tak boleh berjumpa.Bila berjumpa saja,diorang bergurau.Lepas tuh,Ghost bising pulak.Then,gaduh and berkejar-kejar seluruh rumah.Bila dah habis bergurau,diorang kacau pulak kucing-kucing lain seperti Fei Mao atau Bubu.Kucing-kucing lain tak suka diorang nih and diorang tau so diorang pun team up and kacau kucing-kucing tersebut.

Begitulah kisah mangkuk-mangkuk ayuns di rumah ini........

SUGOI DESU!!!!!!

The show tonight went well.Many thanks to everyone who showed up.I didn't think so many people would turn up considering it is a week night after all but many people came including my folks and I am superglad that everyone enjoyed the show coz it was our first time performing and we were so worried if people weren't gonna respond positively to our music.I am happy that it all went swell.Kudos to everyone including Doppelganger and Artista!

worn out

Got up later than planned this morning.The only thing in my head was Shu's EMS project presentation.Got to UNITEN at about noon and went to his lecturer's room.We found students there from other groups of the same class waiting for their turns to present as well.This project was supposed to be carried out in a group of about 6 people.Shu did it alone.......well,my dad helped him with the tools and stuff.Testing the motor to see if it would run and stuff.After burning the insulated coils which was like twice and rewinding the coils and all,the motor finally worked.It wasn't exactly a stepper motor but it worked and Shu's lecturer looked pleased.I had no idea how I ended up in that meeting room with Shu and his lecturer and there was a group presenting and all but his lecturer didn't mind so I stayed on to see Shu present.I even learned about the stepper motor and the function of the commutator which was awesome.FREE LESSONS!!!!!Haha!

We were at the mall for a bit before heading home.My dad was superpleased to hear about the presentation and he was superhappy to see the weather today.It wasn't raining in the afternoon so he got us all out to the park for a couple of badminton games.I am so out of shape and I kept getting blinded by the light outside but I wasn't injured as much as I always do.I think there is still some bruising on my knee but its not that big of a deal.

Went for a 2 hour jamming session after that.I keep messing up the speech.I suck at it.I couldn't even pronounce some of the words right.Maybe I was tired.Maybe my throat was running dry.Either ways,Rashid was really tired.I think we went through the entire playlist of about 7 songs about 4 to 5 times.It was tiring and I really hope that all goes well tomorrow night.

I'm still super happy about Shu's project ^_^

WHAT THE......

Shu said that there is something seriously wrong with the pets I have living here at home with me.They seem to be acting strange.Very unlike the creatures they should be.For example,Fei Mao hates fish.She'd run away whenever Kak Yah tries to feed her fish.She only eats biscuits and she eats them at her sleeping place while she is lying down!

And Bedah won't eat her sunflower seeds unless they have been semi opened.I could leave a whole bunch of seeds in her house and they will be lying there till evening.WTF?!

I think the only normal cats at home are Kecik and Ghost.Well.......Ghost just broke my dad's baby plants out front.I don't think my dad will be happy to see those plants of his especially knowing that he's been taking extra care of those things since forever!Kak Yah and I are trying to figure out a good cover line for the little pest.Shu is so afraid if my dad would accuse Kecik of being the pest coz he's already in my dad's black list after being caught in the act of peeing at my dad's car the other night :/

It feels gooooooooooood!

I've been waking up superlate.On Thursday,Shu and I got up and thought we ought to do something which we did but I just can't remember what it was we did.........oh yeah,my appointment with the dentist!Then,on Friday,Rashid,Shu and I drove Qarim back to his campus in Perak.We left home at about 5pm-ish and got home at about 9pm-ish.......or was it,10pm :/

Yesterday,Shu took me out for a movie treat.We watched The Fourth Kind.It was pretty freaky but it was a cool movie.We were walking around,in and out of shops.Last night,Shu took Azim and I to Uptown Kota Damansara.All of us got ourselves a t-shirt each.I wanted that Japanese band Loudness tee for the longest time and I finally got it!Shu's tee was a skull faced Statue of Liberty.Azim got a tee called The Killers with Adolf Hitler on the drums and Bush on the guitar.I don't think my sister would like that very much :/

Shu woke me up early yesterday morning to give Kecik a wash.We managed to scrub him which didn't make him very happy but not long before the day was over,he was all dirty again.Nowadays,we'd find Ghost chasing Kecik all around the house.It's so funny coz he's really tiny and Kecik is really big and he'd be jumping onto Kecik's head and all.It's pretty entertaining.

Bedah and Fei Mao has immunity in the house so those little kiddies can't hurt them ^_^

Ghost!

My sister was given a tiny white kitten with blue eyes.He must be a baby still coz some of his teeth haven't even fill up the gaps in his mouth.He spent the first night over in Shu's apartment in Bangi coz at first we thought Kecik wasn't gonna like him.We brought him back to my place yesterday and we kept in the cage thinking that he was gonna run off somewhere else.Today,we finally let him out around the house to mingle around with the other cats.Fei Mao hates the fact that he was in the cage near one of her favorite lepak spots around the house.So she's so happy when we let him out coz he'd not only stop making noise but he wasn't around her.Kecik seems to like the little dude.In fact,they were running around the house for a bit earlier today.I guess it's coz Kecik is still playful and he had been wanting a play buddy for the longest time.So he's finally got one now.

Shu just got Ghost a bell collar.It's pink in color with some light blue prints on it and it has a light blue colored bell that matches the color of Ghost's eyes which is so cool.Hahaha!

The reason we call him Ghost is coz he's all white and we got him right after Halloween ^_^ and he's a bit of a demon as well coz he keeps biting and scratching people.

karaoke-ing with Shu and Azim

Hahaha!While Qarim and Rashid and my mum were out for a movie which Azim is underage for,Shu and I were assigned to take him out to the game arcade but since we told Azim about our karaoke craze every now and again,he's been wanting to go but has no clue how to get about doing it so today,Shu and I took him and we sang 8 songs!He had fun and I am glad we took him out coz I know that we haven't been spending time with Azim much these days.

BTW,his friend-Hamizan- fell into the drain along the front of my house.He said he was trying to avoid a car as he was walking to the mosque for Friday prayers but he missed a step and fell right in.Luckily,he did not break anything.His legs were just covered with scars and probably some minor bruising.I was so afraid if he'd bump his head or something.So,my dad jumped into the car with Shu and got him and then mum took him to the clinic nearby.

In the meantime,Shu and I are really3 doing our best at getting Kecik to STAY OUT OF TROUBLE!He has made it into Rashid's black list since he peed on the dude's guitar bag earlier today.Rashid calls him BODOH everytime he sees Kecik around the house.My contingency plan is to keep all room doors closed upstairs so that he won't be able to get in and pee where ever.

Pasar Road

Shu and I finally went to Pasar Road.We've heard about the place from my dad and my mum a million times over but never actually went there.Its more of coz we don't really know how to get there :D

My dad took us both this morning.We walked and walked and walked and had brunch over at Sri Paandi and then walked around some more.All of the things on Shu's list of things he needs for his EMS project were unavailable.What he bought instead was a 10 meters long modem cable and he was hunting for a receiver for performances to come.

Anywho,we got as far as getting a quotation coz we didn't have thousands of ringgit on us which if we had would have ended up being spent on all the awesome stuff we found like the earpieces and receiver and some stereos and probably lights and maybe a couple of headphones.Superhuge ones.

Got home at about 1pm.Cleaned ourselves up and Shu drove me to the dentist for a bit.I have spent way too much on dentals in the last couple of years that it has driven me insane so much that I try very hard to avoid from having to go to the dentist.Its worked so far......right up till now,that is.It's nothing serious but it costs........a lot.

In the meantime,my mum has been trying to get Qarim occupied so she assigned him to take photos of Bedah with the DSLR.Cute photos like the ones you'd find online and stuff.He didn't look too enthusiastic about it though :/ Maybe he's not that into Bedah............

Shu has secured a slot for my band to play on November 11th over at Tropicana City Mall.Our slot is at about 9:30pm-ish so that means we have to be there earlier for a sound check.Great!Now,all I need is a costume ^_^ and I have to work on my people skills when it comes to stuff like introducing the band and talking to the crowd :p

ich nein basterd!

Haha!Shu and I finally got around to watching Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds.The movie was awesome!We were laughing most of the time but overall,it was awesome!I lurve the fact that the characters spoke Deutsche,French,English and some Italian.I also liked how the whole plot was actually catastrophic and one big mess.

Went to get Shu from UNITEN this morning after class.Had lunch and drove over to Mutiara Damansara for a movie.Walked around for a bit and then went home.

The gig on the 30th has been postponed to November 11th.PERFECT!I should be super free!OMFG!SUPER super FREE!HOLY SHIT!Hahahahahaaa!!!!!!
