There are only 2 people in TTDI who would do the unexpected unexpectedly on an unexpected day......like today..........

Shu and I went cycling!The original plan was NOT to cycle but to fly the kite that Acap (Shu's mechanic friend) gave us.The outcome?A complete failure.There was no wind.Well,there was wind but not strong enough to hold the kite up.

Finally,we decided to just head home and play badminton in the alley like when we first started out a few months back.........

After yesterday's incident,I felt so much better this morning.RadioEdit had a brief meeting this morning over breakfast then we headed off to the lrt station.Shu,Rashid and I were in Shu's car and Ayie and Kamal were in Kamal's car.Our plan was to have our photoshoot on the streets in Central Market in KL.We all got onto the train from Taman Bahagia,looking like some rombongan.

Got off at Central Market and we had a few shots at the station itself.Later on,we headed downstairs and wondered around before heading into the market area.It was funny coz everyone weren't really on the same page.We headed into the market.Everyone just scattered around for a bit.Shu had to get a tape for his camcorder.Ayie went to put his bag at the locker.Rashid and Kamal just went around looking at stalls.

Then,not long after lunch,I started feeling sick.I went to the washroom again and again.I kept throwing up.I was so sick.Shu and I decided to take a cab and headed to the hospital.At first,we planned to go to DSH but later on,I decided to go to UH instead.

I got out of the cab walking like a zombie heading into the emergency entrance.Got onto a wheelchair.I felt like crap.I was given a plastic bag which I later threw up in.Well,that happened when I was already on the bed.My aim was off.Eeeeuw!I felt like crap.I looked like crap.The doctor took some blood and put me on drips and I slept.

When I woke up,I was moved somewhere else.Shu was beside me the whole time.He was anxious to know the results for the blood test and the urine test.He's been so worried about me.I was annoyed of being sick.This time around,I was there at the emergency room in UH for a better reason AND I wasn't admitted.

After waiting several hours,my test results finally came back.Everything was negative EXCEPT the urine test.It turns out that I had a urinal infection.That sucked.That caused me to throw up and stuff.Totally not a good experience.My folks didn't really know what happened to me until almost 6pm when my mum called.Rashid didn't really know what happened.He and Kamal were at the ice cream parlor having ice creams when Shu and I took off.The only thing Kamal knew was that Shu was taking me to the hospital.

I'm glad to have not been admitted to the hospital.I'm glad it wasn't anything serious.I am so thankful to have Shu with me the whole time.The hospital isn't the best place to hang out but he waited till I got discharged.Now,I have a whole bunch of medication to sort out from 2 different hospitals and the family clinic.

Could this be Kecik's wish to get back at me for making him take all those awful medicines?

how I got here

It started with the day I realized the bruises on my knees from the badminton games.Then,I think it was the following night that my sister and mum took me to the hospital to get me checked as to why I've been having fevers every now and then.The medical officer at the hospital suspected me of coming down with dengue.I was given a 3 day antibiotic course.Funny,I don't have any red spots on me.After that,I was alright for a bit until the shuttlecock incident which totally hurts.

That night,Shu,my sister,Naim and I slept over at my grandma's place coz she needed company.I was doing fine.We stayed up watching movie till about 3am.I went to bed and got up to an excrutiating pain in my tummy and a horrbile back ache.The backaches were caused by my menstrual cycle.The tummy aches came from the gastric juices in my tummy.

I think it was about 7am.I was crawling from one end of the room to the bathroom outside.Finally,my grandma found me on the floor.She woke everyone up.Shu carried me downstairs where Naim and my sister were already waiting in the car.All of them drove me to the family clinic.I was given a jap and some medications.My grandma was worried and crying and she did the one thing I forgot to tell her not to do.She called my mum and told her about what happened.My mum got so angry that she called my sister.It was funny coz this isn't the first time this happens to me.My dad was surprised to see me at the front house gate coz he thought I was admitted to the hospital.

I continued throwing up a few hours after the visit to the clinic.Spent the entire day in bed.Woke up once in a while.Shu taught me to play GTA and we play a bit of Super Mario Bros.Watched a movie.I can't remember much though coz I kept passing out every once in a while.

badminton disaster

Since we first started playing badminton,I always end up being the shuttle target.The shuttle would either hit my head from behind me or lands on top of my head.Shu once told me that I really should get a padded suit for myself so that I won't get injured from the shuttles.Today,my dad smashed and the shuttle went straight into my right eye.It's not swollen........yet.........But I bet it would get swollen by tonight.

My sister said I'm lucky that I ain't getting married anytime soon coz I'd end up as the bride with a swollen eye.Hahahahahahaaa!!!!!At the rate things are going,I might just end up at my wedding in an injured condition.I have bruises on my knees from the badminton game a few days ago.I play defense and I always end up sliding on the floor from one end of the court to the other.

live bullet shell pens!

My sister came home today.Naim picked her up from the airport this morning.She got me a pen made from a live rifle bullet shell.It is AWESOME!She told me loads of stuff that happened to her throughout her 6 weeks internship in Bosnia.

She almost got kidnapped by THE mafia when she was in Bihac with her friends and colleagues.She was saved coz one of her friends understood Bosnian.Damn!

She said that the buildings in Sarajevo still has bullet holes in them.She told us about the testimonials of the rape victims from the war.She told us about interviews of war survivors.She also taught me to swear in Bosnian ;)

She asked me to go visit Sarajevo with her.Sounds like a plan.

pointless

People would talk and ask us things which are sometimes a bit difficult to say.They keep asking the wrong questions to the wrong person or they keep asking the wrong person the wrong questions.If they ask for a specific date,we already have one in mind.One that would lead to more questions and comments.
People ask us things which later they cannot accept.Then,they'd throw in comments.Well,you asked so we reply.We can never be honest coz they just cannot accept the things we say.When we get all playful,they'd say we're not serious.

Seriously,WTF do these people want from us anyways?

I've never been there.Today,since Shu had to go over to the ESU at the Petronas twin tower,we decided to go check out the AquaRia while we were there.It was awesome!

The first thing we saw were the Red Belly Piranhas.It was funny coz the aquarium was HUGE and all the them were just floating.It's like hanging out in a huge group doing nothing.And the freakiest thing was that they were all looking at one direction.As we stood there reading and listening to the facts about Piranhas while looking at them fishes,we were told that Piranhas do NOT like being squeezed into tiny areas like an aquarium :/

Moving on was a petting place where there were loads of non-dangerous fishes like a Bamboo shark.Of course,I did NOT stick my hand in to touch them.No way!Even if they won't bite,there were still other fishes in there and that was enough reason for me to NOT stick my hand in the water!

There was a Rain Forest area where they kept many species of arachnids.Most of them are from the tarantula family like the Malaysian Tiger Tarantula.There were also a bunch of reptiles like geckos and tortoises and iguanas.I was totally staring at the giant frogs and toads.They didn't move one bit but they were totally alive and breathing!The geckos just stuck to the walls.Cute,but not as cute as that albino python from the photobooth that tried to get away.I almost opened by bagpack and let the snake in for me to take home ^_^ Kecik would so totally love it!

Shu and I were totally blown away by the aquarium tunnel!Eventhough the fishes (and turtles and stingrays) were actually 30% smaller than what they looked like from inside that tunnel,the sharks looked really3 FAT and there was this HUGE fish beside us as we got in.Those totally scared the crap outta me!

Nope,there were no jellyfish or Hammerhead or Great White sharks.There were no Angler fish sun fish.We were amused by the seahorses and the weird ass fish which stuck out from the seabed like worms with big eyes all colorful.

Anywho,it was an interesting trip.I really have to stop making fun of bald people!

P.S.: Kecik is so damn busuk and big!

Afraid to step out of the house.The land down under has reported over 2000 cases.Schools are still opened.Number of people quarantined are increasing.The weather here is perfect for viruses to breed.

This is a viral infection.Doesn't that say anything?

I've been sick.Off and on.It's been weeks.Doctors say that it's nothing major.It's probably the weather.

Shu made me sleep in the room downstairs for a bit today.I had a slight temperature.He ckecked on me once in a while.He said Kecik was under the bed to keep me company.I was freezing cold.Got up to Kecik's surprise jump onto my blanket covered legs.He liked the blanket.It's Shu's favourite blue wool blanket.Kecik snuggled between my feet.Then,I felt him biting my leg when I moved.

Was at my aunt's place earlier today.Qarim needed to get the cellphone my aunt was trying to sell off.Played with her not so tiny kitten,Oreo.He is huge!He's at Kecik's age when he was still all crazy and playful.Shu and I shall carry on calling him Hitler.

weirded out

Had a paper yesterday morning.As usual,exam starts at 9am.I got to campus super early coz I had no idea where the Instructional lab was.I know.It's weird to have an exam there of all places.It's the finals for God's sake!Anywho,Shu and I got there about 45 minutes before 9am.No one was there and the lab was locked.I started freaking out.Called up some friends and asked what was going on.Someone said that I had to go get the keys from the office upstairs.Not surprising at all,the office was closed.Shu and I hung around downstairs and my lecturer turned up.He asked where everyone else was.Some more girls showed up later and we decided to have the exam in a classroom.I know that there are only 6 of us in the class but that doesn't mean that we can do our exams where ever.One of my classmate turned up 5 minutes before 9am and the other guy didn't show up.It felt like we were doing our midterms instead of our finals.

World War exhibition@Cineleisure,Mutiara Damansara

The kids from Cempaka school teamed up the History channel and made the exhibition a success.It was awesome!They did a good job on researching everything form fashion to music to food and weapons.There was a booth to test if you could survived the awful test done by the Germans back then.According to the kids at the booth,the Germans wanted to find a cure for hyperthermia so they got some hostages sick by putting them in ice.The kids at the booth had a huge Coleman icebox filled with ice and water.The dare was to stick our hand in for about 20 seconds.I did and survived but the 20 seconds was very VERY painful!When I took out my hand,it looked as though every drop of blood in my hand had been drained out!That was about an hour ago and my hand is still sore and feels like it (my hand) is coming down with a fever!

NEGATIVE!Duh!Well,according to results,everything is fine with me.My cholestrol level is a little bit beyond the safe point.Oh yeah,my immunity is almost out.......for hepatitis B......I think.The funny thing is that both Shu and I have our cholestrol levels a bit high-er than the safe point.It's not anything beyond control.We've just been having a bit too much seafood these days.Especially sotong k!

OMG!I have so put on 1.3kg!Well,that was the reading yesterday as compared to my weight from a couple of years back........haha!Work out time baby!

sometimes I'd remember random things that happened in the past

Last night,I was laughing alone as I went to bed.

We must have been about 16.Everytime we went out,mum always made sure that Eno would come along.I don't know if you remember the times when we used to go to One Utama so often.There was this one time when Eno was walking behind us and he ran into the exhibition glass of what was then British India.I turned around to check WTF was up.He was laughing nerdily saying that he was going to jump through and he didn't see the glass :/

What is it with Eno and glass doors or windows?

Anywho,there was this time when I first went to Sunway Pyramid.Shu said he knows how to get there by train.That also became my first time on the commuter.Again,Eno was with us.We hungout and then decided to go home.A certain someone suggested that we should all just walk to the station behind Subang Parade.Everyone agreed.The sun was scorching hot and I was in my heeled boots and all dressed in black.Shu and Eno were just walking and walking and walking.We made it to the train station,only super tired.

Oh yeah,there was this one time,Shu picked me up from the mall after my guitar class and the both of us were to send Eno back to KYSM.I stuffed my guitar in the trunk and we went to Malacca in the little green Tiara.At one point in time throughout the journey there,I got so bored that I took out the guitar and started playing in the backseat.

Dino Trek combo!

Shu and I finally got to go to Petrosains yesterday!The best part was that our tickets were super cheap.Maybe it was our student cards.Maybe it was the combo package offer we got.Maybe the ticket price has gone down A LOT!

We first checked out the Dino Trek.OMFG!The last time I went to a Dinosaur exhibition like that was when I was a little girl in primary school!I still remember the names of them Dinosaurs and I also learned some new stuff.There were loads of games and activities to do.

It was my first visit to Petrosains and it was awesome!2 hours wasn't enough to cover the entire place.Well,we went through the entire journey but we didn't get to try out everything coz there were loads of people.Hah!I lurved the holograms!Eventhough the hows and whys of how the holograms work has already been explained there,I still found it mindblowing!

about Kecik

That poor little guy has recovered.Yesterday morning,he burnt his whiskers.He must have been so damn hungry that he just couldn't wait for Kak Yah to finish cooking the fish.He was looking and sniffing too close.Kak Yah accidentally burnt his whiskers as she light up the kitchen stove :/

Kecik has a history of getting into accidents with heat.Some months ago,he came home with this awful looking wound on his lower jaw near his lip.Everyone thought he got into a fight with some cat.It looked more like a burnt mark.It was as though he was sniffing some car's exos pipe which was still hot that it burnt him.

Oh yeah,Dr. clement also found a burnt mark on one of Kecik's paws when he examined the little guy last week.Strange little fella.All my other cats don't have this problem.........

keeping our fingers crossed

Kecik was sick all day.He's been staying outside near the gate,just lying on the floor as though he was so cold that he needed the sun to keep him warm.His body was warmer than usual and he didn't even do anything energetic like he always does.It was weird.We got scared.Something must have gone wrong somewhere.Mum said that it's probably the medication's effect on him.Yeah,it effected him so badly that he didn't even eat or drink!He was pigging out the whole of yesterday!Finally,my grandma told us to go back to SPCA and check with a vet.The vet said that the meds were probably too strong for him that it sorta backfired or something.She gave him some antibiotic shot and a dose of vitamins.She also gave us some green cream for the fungal affected area on his back.No more pills for him.I don't like forcing meds down his throat.

I just hope he recovers real soon.He was eating from the palm of my hand as he was lying down on the bed a while ago.After that,he got up and headed for the water container at the back.Hopefully,that's a good sign.
